Job Description
The Shipping Operations Executive is responsible for managing the logistics and operations of shipping activities. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient shipments. The Shipping Operations Executive must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of shipping regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor shipping activities, including order processing, tracking, and documentation.

- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate and manage shipping rates and contracts.

- Prepare shipping reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in shipping software and systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
