Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update a robust candidate database for current and future open positions.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to match suitable candidates with appropriate roles.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for process improvements and efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to forecast future hiring needs and skills requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Uphold the company's employment brand through consistent communication and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing recruitment strategies across diverse industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative working and candidate interactions.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use market insights to inform recruiting strategies effectively.
