Job Description

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, is a pivotal role within the HR team, focusing on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker and seasoned recruitment professional who can partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. The individual will lead the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to negotiating offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the talent market, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Specialist, you will also play a critical role in employer branding and creating candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and desired qualifications.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards and social media.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidate suitability effectively.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and offer letter preparations.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through all recruitment stages.
  • Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance continually.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company’s recruitment reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with HR and team leads for seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes and outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems efficiently.
