Job Description

The Sales Manager – Lighting position is a crucial leadership role within our company, specializing in the marketing and distribution of lighting products. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for the lighting industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team that excels in generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with upcoming products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and results to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations and strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with key clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Organize seminars and workshops for training and product awareness among the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of lighting products and the associated market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management software such as CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
