About Our Client

Our client is a premier yacht dealership specialising in the sale, purchase, and servicing of luxury yachts, with transactions ranging from €1M to €50M. Backed by a significant investment group, they pride themselves on delivering world-class expertise, personalised service, and long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives.


Role Overview

A recruitment agency is seeking experienced Sales Executives to drive yacht sales and grow the client’s customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, high-value sales cycles, excelling in negotiations, contracts, and trade-ins. This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional networking skills, discretion, and the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and their advisors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for luxury yachts valued between €1M and €50M, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and representatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade-ins, and complex deal structures with precision and professionalism.
  • Represent the client at global yacht shows, exhibitions, and industry events (e.g., Monaco, Cannes, Fort Lauderdale).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, finance) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences in the luxury yacht sector.


Candidate Profile

  • Extensive sales experience in luxury yachts, or background in private jet sales, luxury automotive, or equivalent high-ticket industries.
  • Strong expertise in contracts, negotiations, and structuring high-value transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with UHNWI clients and their representatives with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent networking skills and willingness to travel frequently to tradeshows and client meetings worldwide (especially in the South of France and Europe).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven, consultative sales approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
