We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a focus on HVAC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, presenting our range of HVAC products and services, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, providing suitable product recommendations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for HVAC products and services.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market segments for HVAC solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to assist in the sales process.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and bids to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals following company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote HVAC products and services and network with potential clients.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
