We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Portfolio Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our brand portfolio to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify brand opportunities, developing and implementing brand strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. The Brand Portfolio Executive will also monitor brand performance, track market trends, and provide insights to optimize brand positioning and messaging. The successful candidate will have a strong background in brand management, a keen eye for market trends, and excellent communication and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, with proven experience in brand management preferred. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand portfolio including brand positioning, target audience, and market trends.
  • Execute marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness, brand loyalty and market share for each brand within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure alignment on brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development within the brand portfolio.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each brand within the portfolio, and propose adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities for the brand portfolio.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, agencies, and partners to support the brand portfolio’s objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on the performance and progress of the brand portfolio for senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and proactively respond to new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all brand portfolio activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software applications.
