Job Description

As a Business Development Representative focused on the German-speaking market in the SaaS industry, your role will be crucial in driving growth and revenue for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and effectively communicating how our SaaS solutions can add value to their businesses. Your fluency in German will be essential in building relationships and navigating the market landscape. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving business growth in the dynamic SaaS industry.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market for the SaaS product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the SaaS solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Track and follow up on leads in a timely manner to progress them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the SaaS solution and expand the network of potential clients.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in German and English languages.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
