Job Description

Requirements:


  • Proven working experience as a property consultant or real estate agent.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Real estate license (as per the law) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field is advantage.
  • Knowledge on CMA (comparative market analysis)
  • CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Know how to do project study.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Develop networks of referrals and other leads source.
  • Stay knowledgeable about market trends and best practices.
