Job Description
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a property consultant or real estate agent.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Real estate license (as per the law) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field is advantage.
- Knowledge on CMA (comparative market analysis)
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Know how to do project study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Develop networks of referrals and other leads source.
- Stay knowledgeable about market trends and best practices.
