Job Description

A Property Advisor is a crucial role within the real estate industry, which involves providing clients with insightful advice and guidance on property-related investments, sales, purchases, and management. This position demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating property options, understanding client requirements, and delivering strategic advice to maximize client satisfaction and achieve business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or advisory roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close property transactions effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of property market dynamics and economic factors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and databases to manage property information.
  • Valid real estate license and adherence to local property laws and regulations.
