Job Description

A Property Advisor plays a crucial role in the rapidly evolving real estate landscape, providing insights and guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in various properties. As a trusted expert, the Property Advisor must not only possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends but also have a keen understanding of customer needs and legal requirements involved in property transactions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify property investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Evaluate clients' housing needs and financial abilities to propose suitable options.
  • Assist clients from property hunting through the closing process, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Work closely with legal teams to manage the documentation and closure requirements.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with prospective clients to grow sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
  • Update current industry trends and practices to maintain competitive knowledge.
  • Organize and accompany clients on property site visits and open house tours.
  • Negotiate property sales on behalf of clients, ensuring their financial interests are protected.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and sales.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a property advisor or related industry role.
  • Strong comprehension of real estate market practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and meet their property needs.
  • Proficiency in common real estate software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
