Gauge Man

Position: Gauge Man

Salary: 2000-2200

Location ; Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Use various gauges and instruments to measure and record the temperature, density, and viscosity of asphalt materials and products
• Perform routine checks and calibrations on gauges and other equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Communicate with production team to ensure timely and accurate measurement of materials at various stages of the production process
• Record and maintain accurate data and documentation of all measurements and tests
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with gauges or equipment and report them to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and facilities as needed
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a gauge man in the asphalt or construction industry
• Knowledge of different types of gauges and their usage
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed
