Production Supervisor

Production supervisors play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing or production processes of goods or services. They manage the activities of production workers, monitor progress, and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and resources. Production supervisors collaborate with managers, engineers, and quality control personnel to meet production targets, maintain product quality, and implement process improvements. They may also handle scheduling, resource allocation, and personnel management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials.
