As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you'll be key in driving the sales and growth of our products by meeting potential customers face-to-face. Leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of meeting sales targets. You will often be the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, representing our brand with poise and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales strategies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients on-site.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional post-sales service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify business trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the achievement of overall sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to senior management about customer needs and preferences.
  • Participate in networking activities to expand business leads and contacts.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback and changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills paired with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently in field settings.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and client schedules.
