Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by expanding our customer base and increasing sales within assigned territories. This position requires a motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Success in this role relies heavily on building strong relationships, maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work independently whilst managing time and strategies effectively to achieve set sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to present effectively to clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with clients to understand their needs.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales prospects successfully.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to enhance company sales.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and develop strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide feedback and insights on client preferences to inform product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated territories.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
