Job Description
As a Network Administrator at KILONEWTONS, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network systems to ensure maximum uptime and security across all business operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Network Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
🔹 System Monitoring: Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds or PRTG
🔹 Security Implementation: Enforce cybersecurity measures and threat protection protocols
🔹 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN/WiFi)
🔹 Backup Management: Implement and test disaster recovery solutions
🔹 Vendor Coordination: Liaise with ISPs and technology providers
🔹 Documentation: Maintain network diagrams and configuration records
🔹 Upgrades & Patches: Schedule and implement system updates
🔹 User Support: Provide technical guidance to staff
Technical Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years enterprise network administration experience
✔ Cisco Certified (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent certification
✔ Expertise In
- Cisco IOS/NX-OS
- Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls
- VLAN, VPN, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Windows/Linux server environments
- VoIP and unified communications ✔ Cloud Networking: AWS/Azure networking components ✔ Security Knowledge: IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions
✔ Experience with SD-WAN implementations
✔ Knowledge of UAE cybersecurity regulations
✔ Arabic language skills
