Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a metal fabrication production environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate production processes efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of manufacturing and production management software tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
