Job Description

The Medical Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the sales operations and transactions in a medical environment. This position serves as a critical liaison between medical sales teams, customers, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and exceptional communication capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and support sales representatives in reaching sales targets efficiently.

  • Facilitate communication between sales teams, healthcare providers, and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and manage sales databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales metrics and individual performance to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry workshops.
  • Track and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
  • Oversee processing of sales orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and produce regular reports on customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in sales processes and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
