The role of an IT Pre-Sales Executive is pivotal for companies that provide technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Create comprehensive proposals, including statement of work and cost estimates.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations that meet customer requirements and IT needs.
  • Identify potential issues and resolve technical barriers during the pre-sales process.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide insights for product enhancements and development.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to stay informed of industry changes.
  • Continually update technical expertise on products and services offered by the company.
  • Provide feedback from customers to refine and enhance current product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales environment, particularly within the IT sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in solutions.
