Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources department by conducting various administrative and clerical tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective human resources operations within our organization. Your role involves assisting with the recruitment process, managing records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Collaborating closely with HR management, you will help foster a productive and positive working environment for all employees. Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department in all clerical activities and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records following legal and company policies.
  • Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and organizing candidate information.
  • Prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures and ensure distribution.
  • Coordinate and communicate employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related topics.
  • Manage and update the HR database regularly to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant employee information.
  • Participate in HR projects like meetings, training, surveys, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining proper records.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and compile performance review reports.
  • Assist with the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS software will be advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information responsibly.
