Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be charged with the dynamic role of driving business expansion and revenue growth through developing strong relationships with corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and tailor customized sales solutions that align with their goals. In this role, you will cover every aspect of the sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to closing the deal and maintaining long-term partnerships. You must exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and convey complex information effectively. Your efforts will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate client base and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities throughout designated regions and sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand and analyze clients' business requirements to deliver tailored sales solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving both sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage corporate client accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management regarding pipeline status and achievements.
  • Attend industry events and networking conferences to expand professional connections and business prospects.
  • Coordinate with the customer service department to ensure client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and objectives effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex business information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes and reporting.
