Job Description

As a Sales Executive (B2B), you will be at the forefront of our business growth efforts. Your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of our products and services to other businesses. You will work closely with senior executives, engaging with clients to understand their business needs and tailoring your approach to meet those requests. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will play a critical role in our expansion strategy and be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. From prospecting new leads to managing ongoing accounts, you will be a key player in ensuring the company's market presence and revenue targets are met.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential clients to tailor effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close sales deals successfully.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities and trends impacting the business.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics monthly.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and sales reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote brand presence.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions diligently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a similar industry sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for client interaction.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related IT tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create actionable insights and strategies.
