Job Description

An HR & Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks to support corporate objectives. The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for coordinating HR initiatives, overseeing administrative processes, and maintaining effective communication across various departments. They act as liaisons between employees and management, facilitating an inclusive and productive work environment. This role is essential in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting employee development through strategic HR practices.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate screening.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and support ongoing employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide consultative support on HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee the organization's document management and record-keeping systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for company meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
  • Compile and prepare reports on HR metrics and operational performance for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in all HR functions.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
