Front Office Department, Traders Hotel, Qaryat al Beri Abu Dhabi

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join the Traders Hotel family. The selected candidate shall be the face of the hotel with a pleasing personality to welcome, assist, and ensure guest experience are cared for.

What are we looking for?

• A warm and friendly personality with smiling and positive demeanour.
• Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Customer oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is advantage
• Excellent command of spoken English, other spoken languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and German is an advantage
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
• Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values.
  
  

What will you do?

• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally
• Welcome the guests to the hotel as per the hotel standard
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Perform cashiering functions efficiently
• Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Assist with guest luggage.
• Bid fond farewell to departing guests and leave them with a Shangri-La experience.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.
