Finance Manager

The Finance Manager oversees all financial activities and operations within an organization. They are responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance. The Finance Manager also ensures compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. They collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance for decision-making. Additionally, they manage a team of finance professionals and communicate with stakeholders, such as investors and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Manage the cash flow and liquidity of the organization.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, conducting performance evaluations and providing development opportunities.
• Keep updated on accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
