Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing company profitability through strategic pricing, inventory control, and revenue analysis. This role plays a key part in forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, and implementing revenue optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify business opportunities and enhance overall financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance and KPIs.

• Manage inventory and rate availability across all distribution channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Hospitality Management.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with revenue management systems and data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of distribution channels and market segmentation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
