Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is accountable for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. This senior finance role plays a pivotal part in strategic planning and risk management by ensuring financial accuracy, forecasting, and sound fiscal policies. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and manage finance teams

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards

• Develop internal control policies and procedures

• Lead budgeting and financial planning processes

• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks

• Coordinate internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management roles

• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
