Auditor

The Auditor is responsible for evaluating financial records, operational processes, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role plays a key part in safeguarding company assets, preventing fraud, and improving financial accountability. The Auditor collaborates closely with department heads to provide insights and implement corrective actions for identified issues.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments in accordance with audit programs.

• Assess internal controls and operational procedures for effectiveness.

• Review financial statements, records, and transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Follow up on previous audit issues and ensure implementation of corrective measures.

• Assist in external audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

• Maintain updated knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory changes.

• Support management with special audits or investigations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or financial analysis.

• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA is preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Attention to detail with a high degree of integrity and ethics.

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
