Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager provides strategic financial insights and supports decision-making through robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This role is instrumental in guiding business performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while collaborating with multiple departments. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with business understanding to help drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Analyze actual results against budget/forecast and highlight key variances.

• Partner with department heads to understand financial performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports.

• Monitor KPIs and provide commentary on business drivers.

• Support investment appraisal, cost control, and profitability analysis.

• Drive automation and improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
