English Teachers ( Secondary )

We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our secondary education team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in teaching English literature, language, and writing skills to students in grades 6-12. Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment. The English Teachers must possess excellent communication skills, be well-versed in English language arts curriculum standards, and have the ability to inspire and motivate students. A Bachelor's degree in English Education or a related field is required, along with relevant teaching experience. The successful candidates will be committed to promoting literacy, critical thinking, and creativity in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for teaching English to secondary students.
• Provide instruction on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literary analysis.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages student participation.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies across grade levels.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.
• Stay current on education trends and best practices in English language instruction.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and techniques.
• Uphold school policies and guidelines related to classroom management, student behavior, and academic integrity.
