Join Our Team as an Engineering Support Associate!

Location: Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering Department

About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving efficiency, coordinating projects, and supporting continuous improvement? We’re looking for an Engineering Support Associate to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering (EECE) department.

You will be the linchpin in coordinating projects, managing procurement processes, optimizing resources, supporting risk assessments and ISO audits, and fostering collaboration across teams—all while providing vital administrative support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate Project Activities: Manage work assignments, track progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with departmental goals.
  • Optimize Procurement Requests: Streamline processes for procurement approvals and vendor management.
  • Allocate Resources Efficiently: Prioritize tasks and ensure resources meet project deadlines.
  • Support Risk Assessment & ISO Audits: Participate in risk mitigation strategies and help maintain compliance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork to deliver successful projects.
  • Manage Financials: Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and project requirements.
  • Provide Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized documentation and support day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in management, human resources, supply chain, procurement, or related fields. Cross-functional business experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related business field preferred. Extensive administration experience with a high school diploma will also be considered.
  • Skills: Strong project coordination, process optimization, risk assessment, financial oversight, and communication abilities.
  • Competencies: Specialist level proficiency in managing complex workflows, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
