About The Role

In this role, you won’t just follow procedures—you’ll lead, mentor, and innovate. From creating robust CM plans to coaching engineers, your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects and the future of the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Configuration Management plans aligned with project needs
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to manage multiple configuration baselines
• Implement control measures to guarantee accurate and timely baseline delivery
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with CM policies and procedures
• Lead audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of product data
• Generate insightful reports on configuration status for project stakeholders
• Mentor and train engineers on CM best practices and process improvements
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal teams
  
  

Who You Are

• A Configuration Management expert with 7+ years hands-on experience in systems engineering environments
• Deeply knowledgeable in ANSI/EIA 649 standards and system engineering principles
• Experienced in aerospace or defense industries (preferred) with a passion for complex technical challenges
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Skilled at building strong working relationships and coaching teams to success
• Educated with a High School diploma or Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (minimum); Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
