At LXR Hotels & Resorts, every detail of our guest journey is supported by flawless operations behind the scenes. As an Electrician, you will ensure that the hotel’s electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As Electrician, you will:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house, and other facilities.
• Install and maintain lighting, power outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and wiring systems.
• Monitor and maintain emergency power systems, including generators and UPS.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations.
• Support energy-saving initiatives by maintaining electrical efficiency and advising on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and inspections.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Engineering team on hotel projects and upgrades.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support smooth hotel operations.
  
  
  

• Previous experience as an Electrician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
