Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint effectively.
  • Gather information and work with other departments to solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers accurately.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints meticulously.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process actively.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges of products as required.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is essential for consideration.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and practices is necessary for this role.
  • A customer-oriented attitude is a must for serving our valuable clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary qualifications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
