  • Identify trends in customer complaints and suggest solutions for company-wide improvements.
  • Meet individual and team targets for customer service performance metrics.
  • Handle high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies to improve customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide informed responses to customer queries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for success.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
