  • Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock on the sales floor as needed.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Engage with customers to ensure the store's loyalty program is effectively communicated.
  • Adhere to store policies and procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Support promotional campaigns by actively participating in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate important insights to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
