Job Description

Our client, a leading consultancy firm in UAE providing business advisory to businesses seeking expert counsel on corporate structuring, market intelligence to government entities and foundations services to small, medium and multinational corporations in the GCC region is seeking to hire a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business and deliver the sales strategy. Excellent English and Russian fluency both written and spoken is required.

Key responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, actively seeking new sales opportunities, and managing all internally allocated leads promptly. The role requires identifying and partnering with strategic stakeholders to generate new revenue streams, exploring new markets, and contributing to the companys public relations efforts to enhance the company profile.

Other duties include strong corporate engagement and devising alternate client attainment strategies. Ensuring the CRM system, company compliance, KYC and AML processes and filing systems are updated for all clients. Actively participate in committee meetings, promote ideas and suggestions and attend relevant networking events to generate new business. Research and prepare relevant content for marketing blogs and implement personal development plans with a line manager.

The successful applicant will need to have an excellent knowledge in company structures, legal, tax and accounting plus excellent negotiating skills.

A relevant degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field with at least 3+ years working in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA and the GCC as a whole. Only candidates already based in the UAE can be considered for this role. An excellent and competitive annual base salary is offered, with a variable compensation and bonuses.
