Social Media Content Creator

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional passionate about social media and luxury branding. You will be responsible for managing and growing the Instagram and TikTok presence of a leading hair transplant clinic, leveraging in-house photo and video assets to craft compelling content. Working closely with a strategist and production team, you will plan, script, and schedule posts, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s premium image. The position also involves community management, engaging with followers, and supporting paid advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. Your expertise will help elevate the clinic’s digital presence and foster a vibrant, engaged online community.

Deliverables

• Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok, using Later and Meta Suite for scheduling and publishing.
• Create, edit, and optimize photo and video content from in-house materials.
• Write engaging copy and video scripts tailored to a luxury medical audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with the strategist and production team to align content with marketing goals.
• Assist with Facebook and Instagram Ads, including basic campaign setup and monitoring.
  
  

• Proven experience managing social media for premium, lifestyle, or medical brands.
• Strong proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, or Social Media Strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling copy and video scripts.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Meta Suite).
• Creative approach to luxury and beauty social trends.
• Experience with community management and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Ads is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice.
