Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This role is pivotal in aligning business strategies with market trends, understanding client needs, and creating value propositions that cater to those needs effectively. As a key member of the growth team, the Business Development Executive works closely with marketing and sales teams to create and implement strategic plans that increase revenue and expand customer bases. The individual is expected to exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate industry knowledge, and maintain a proactive and innovative approach to business development.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs and market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and existing clients to highlight company offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to meet both company and client needs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify achievements and areas for improvement in strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Stay aligned with marketing teams to support new product launches and promotions.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
