The Business Development Executive is a vital member of the sales team, responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role is focused on generating new revenue streams and expanding the customer base within local and international markets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Create comprehensive business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align customer needs with solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback internally to stay competitive.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Report on sales outcomes and forecast future sales objectives to management.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build industry connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales metrics.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
