Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and the various financial services our company offers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the senior relationship managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring they are provided with superior service and attention. You will assist in identifying client needs, helping to tailor solutions that fulfill their financial goals and objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of financial services, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude to anticipate and resolve client issues before they arise. Your success will directly contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Assist senior relationship managers in maintaining and enhancing client relationships effectively.
  • Conduct continuous market research to understand financial trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Communicate client's needs clearly to internal teams to design tailored financial solutions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of client service requests.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of customized financial proposals for clients.
  • Analyze client portfolios and offer recommendations for improvements in services provided.
  • Assure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations in all dealings with clients.
  • Help in the resolution of client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in customer feedback collection to continually enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on client communications and service trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as required, providing necessary support and inputs.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client service roles within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships successfully.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client needs and financial market conditions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM tools and financial software.
