Project Specialist, Customer Service, Drones

Job Responsibilities:

Contract & Administration


  • Review contracts and liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Manage NDAs, agreements, and all related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring timely invoicing to ADNOC and other clients.
  • Track and manage data related to contracts, operations, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for drone-related projects.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring drone operations are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth deployment of drone services.
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve operational challenges, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, aviation regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support commercial growth within the drones sector.
  • Prepare project reports, analyze performance, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.


Client & Communication Management


  • Act as the primary point of contact for ADNOC and other clients on drone-related projects.
  • Handle daily communications, coordinate meetings, and manage client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between operations, finance, and business excellence teams.


Marketing & Business Development


  • Follow up on marketing leads and business opportunities with ADNOC and subcontractors.
  • Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission processes.
  • Work closely with the Business Excellence team to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to expand drone services and client base.


Event & Project Coordination


  • Plan and organize events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
  • Support internal and external workshops related to drone operations and compliance.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align client requirements with operational delivery.


Qualifications & Characteristics:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration, customer service, or account management (experience with ADNOC projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of contract reviews, billing, and tender processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas / Drone / Aviation services will be an added advantage.
