Are you a motivated, detail-oriented student or recent graduate looking to dive into the fast-paced world of Energy Shipping & Logistics? If so, this could be your chance to gain hands-on experience across critical business functions while working alongside industry experts.

We are looking for an intern to join GAC’s Global Energy team, to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a period of 3 months (extendable if required)

Job Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure client information is accurate and actionable:
• Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data;
• Assist in generating CRM-based reports and dashboards;
• Support the team in tracking customer interactions and opportunities.
  
  
  

• Conducting data analytics to uncover trends and insights that drive strategy:
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources;
• Create reports and visualisations to support business decision-making;
• Identify trends and insights to improve business performance.
• Supporting opportunity mapping to identify and prioritise growth prospects:
• Research markets, industries, and clients to identify new business opportunities;
• Support in preparing opportunity pipelines and tracking progress;
• Provide competitor and market intelligence to the commercial team.
  
  
  

• Assisting with commercial tenders to help win new business and projects:
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials;
• Support day-to-day commercial operations and documentation;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely deliverables.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or another related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an advantage.
• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
