Real Estate Broker

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee property transactions, manage client relationships, and guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through every stage of the real estate process. This role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales and leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties

• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities

• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and negotiations with prospective buyers or tenants

• Manage and grow a network of clients, property owners, and investors

• Prepare contracts, MOUs, and other required documentation in line with RERA and company policies

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote listings through online platforms and social media

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales or leasing targets and maintain accurate records of transactions

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Property Consultant in the UAE (minimum 2–3 years preferred)

• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills

• Good understanding of Dubai property market trends and communities

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online property portals

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
