Project Manager IR Packages Manufacturing

What You Will Do

This role entails regular reporting and reviewing of projects with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track. A key responsibility will be reviewing engineering drawings (wrt PID/GAD/3D/Isometrics/Instrumentation and cabling schedule, etc.) for manufacturability, considering the available resources, and taking action based on the findings.

How You Will Do It

• The candidate should coordinate with engineering for drawing clarification and suggest improvements.
• Fabrication and welding knowledge is essential, as well as resource planning for project execution and creating and managing project schedules.
• Coordination with SCM/Warehouse for timely material availability on the shop floor as per the plan is another critical task.
• Additionally, the role requires coordination with QC to address daily quality issues, working with project teams for smooth execution, and conducting root cause analysis of rework/rejection on the shop floor.
• The Project Manager should initiate corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  
  

• We are looking for individuals with 10+ years of overall experience & 5-7 years of experience in project management, and/or manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008, ASME, TEMA etc standards is necessary, and familiarity with Industrial refrigeration packages manufacturing is an added advantage.
