• B-Tech – Mechanical
  
  

• Application engineering (Automotive precision Components)
• New Product Development from RFQ to SOP for Powertrain precision components used for Internal combustion engines.
• Knowledge on Internal combustion engines and its testing.
• Parts Analysis and report preparation of tested / Failed components
• Customer Visits, technical interaction, IATF 16949 / Quality systems
• Technical presentation skills and GD&T knowledge
• Good verbal and written Communication skills
• Must be in a position to convince CFT
• Program / Project Management
• Experience in New product development of precision powertrain components for IC Engines,
• Experience in Development of Engine Bearings Preferred
• Worked for new product development projects with Major OEMs of India / Global (for eg. Mahindra, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, Ford, GM, Renault-Nissan etc.,)
• Preparation of DVPR, agreeing with customer, get test results, and prepare final test reports.
• To have very customer engagement and able to travel to customers on regular basis
• Hands on experience in Investigation / Examination reports on failed / engine tested parts
• Hands on experience on handling technical review meetings / Presentation skills
• Hands on experience in product benchmarking
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 System in new product development, APQP and use of DFMEA
• Co-ordinate multiple projects concurrently
• Work closely with CFT for the project related discussions and conclude.
• Use of national and international standards for product development
• Knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.) MS Projects and Power BI
