Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showing properties, and closing real estate sales. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Generate and follow up on leads
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct site visits and client meetings
  • ⁠ ⁠Promote property listings
  • ⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close deals
  • ⁠ ⁠Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in real estate sales preferred
  • ⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ⁠ ⁠Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • ⁠ ⁠Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • ⁠ ⁠Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Weekly off - Monday / Tuesday
