Arch Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator with a solid background working in contracting companies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural works between site, design, and technical teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Ensure architectural details are aligned with structural and MEP systems for seamless execution.

Resolve design-related issues and provide technical support during construction.

Liaise with consultants for design clarifications and ensure compliance with authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).

Monitor site progress and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

Participate in technical meetings and ensure timely submission and approval of architectural packages.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in architectural coordination, specifically with contracting firms in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and building codes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural coordination tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
