Leads or supports sales organization to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives for supporting the organization’s overall business goals.
Translation and implementation of BU strategy in OU/region/territory.
Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting for OU/region/territory.
Ensures that the Sales Organizations develops into a High Performance Organization by, active involvement into the hiring process, coaching, training, development and retaining of key functions/staff, incentive schemes reviews, appraisals, team building etc.
Initiate and implementation of performance improvement initiatives in coordination with BU/OU.
Responsible to ensure delivery of business results quantitative (OI, OI GM etc.) qualitative (NPS, Attrition rate, KPI/OLI benchmarks).
Drive and coaches Sales Management systematics within organization (pipeline review, performance review, war room projects, Eagle, KPI, OLI review etc.).
Active interaction with key customers on executive level / on senior level to support Sales Rep.
