Engineer - Quality Control

Position Summary

Quality control engineer with highly skilled professional who possesses a comprehensive set of technical, analytical, and soft skills to ensure our products and components meet the highest quality standards

Work You’ll Do

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and interpretation of mechanical symbols.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, casting, forging, and heat treatment.
• Material expertise including metals, Casting, MS etc.
• Proficiency in inspection tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, CMM, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers.
• Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
• Awareness of relevant standards and codes such as ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, and API.
• Analytical skills in root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management tools.
• Experience in preparing and managing quality documentation including Inspection Test Plans, QC reports, NCRs, and CAPA.
• Ability to participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Soft skills including attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, and time management.
  
  

Team

To work in Quality control for preparing and managing quality documentation including Inspection Test Plans, QC reports, NCRs, and CAPA.

Basic Qualifications

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering and working experience minimum 5 years.

Analytical skills in root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in preparing and managing quality documentation including Inspection Test Plans, QC reports, NCRs, and CAPA. Ability to participate in internal and external quality audits. Soft skills including attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, and time management.
